Saturday 27th June – Levy Market Shop & Go – All the Stalls

All the details for our award-winning market in Levenshulme on Saturday 27th June, 10am to 4pm. Find us on the Levenshulme train station car park, M19 3AB.

Here we go!

Levy Market is back this coming Saturday, albeit in a slightly different guise than what you may used to. This is the first of our run of our Shop & Go markets, where there’ll be less of an emphasis on stopping by to eat, drink and socialise, and more of a focus on purchasing some incredible food, drink and other products from our wonderful traders and heading home with them. You can find out all about our Shop & Go markets right here.

You may have noticed that the government guidelines have recently changed once again, with some more easing of the restrictions heading our way in the coming weeks. We’ll be looking at the details as and when they emerge and announcing any changes we plan to make. Hopefully we’ll be able to have our community back in full force at the market very soon.

Until then, just what can you expect at our first Shop & Go? Our theme is very much a comforting ‘welcome back!’ with street food from long-term customer faves Cibus, Wrapscallion, Samosa Shack and others; ice-cream from Ginger’s Comfort Emporium; brownies from Lush; tea and coffee from Coffee Cranks; takeaway booze from our Market Bar; our always popular Bopcap Books bookstall; and, of course, the usual incredible selection of cheese, eggs and butter from Winter Tarn Dairy.

As if all that wasn’t enough, we’ll also have wine on tap from VinoBuono,, all of it sourced from small Italian vineyards and poured direct from the barrel; fresh pasta, sauces and other pantry items from Konoba; wild meadow bouquets and jewellery from Florence in Flowers and more.

The idea of our Shop & Go model is that you’ll be able to stop by and do some of your weekly shopping at an outdoor, independent alternative to the supermarket. From next week you’ll be also be able to pick up fruit and vegetables, bread and meat.

Until then, here’s the list of all the stalls you can expect to find this Saturday:
